Sculpt, Flow & Glow — explained.
We're building a library of guides, tips, and expert-backed insights to help you understand every BBB service, product, and wellness practice. From body sculpting basics to lymphatic drainage, wood therapy, skincare, and hydration — learn what makes the BBB method work.
What a sculpting session feels like
Sculpt
Sessions are non-invasive and hands-on. We warm the area, work with sculpting tools and machines across targeted zones, then finish with drainage-focused movement so the body can settle. Most clients describe firm but comfortable pressure, and you can walk out and go about your day.
Why drainage comes after sculpting
Flow
Lymphatic sculpt uses light, rhythmic pressure and ultra vibration therapy to encourage circulation and help the body move fluid along after deeper work. Pairing the two in the same plan is why clients often feel lighter and less puffy between sessions.
Red light therapy, explained simply
Glow
Standard red light therapy is included in every session to support skin comfort and that post-session glow. A premium version is available for an additional $5 per session when you want a stronger, longer application.
The 48 hours that matter most
Aftercare
Hydrate generously, keep moving with light walks, avoid heavy salt, and wear your compression or waist trainer as recommended. Consistency between visits does more for your results than any single session.
How we use ionized water
Hydration
Ionized water is part of our studio routine and our at-home suggestions — as a refreshing facial mist, a prep step before product, and a simple reminder to drink more throughout the day. See the Self Care Tips page for the full routine.
Choosing between lip blush and hyaluronic pen
Lip Services
Lip blush is a soft, semi-permanent tint that enhances shape and color. The hyaluronic pen is a needle-free option focused on shaping and hydration. Both start with a consultation so we can match tone, shape and aftercare to you.
